Currently, the following positions are open.

Paralegal Professional with the SEC reporting experience.

Responsible for preparation of business plans, SEC filings such as Form 10Q, Form 10K, Form 8K and registrations. You will report directly to our in-house general counsel. In addition, you will be involved in many aspects of our core businesses, such as business development, investor relations, marketing, client services and others.

Applicant must have a minimum of 4-year college education and 3-year experience as a paralegal with SEC reporting experience. Compensation package, including salary, stock options, bonus, and health care, is highly competitive.

Job requires 40 hours per week in Deerfield Beach, Florida.

Accountant

Responsible for preparation of U.S. GAAP financial statements for SEC filings. Applicant must have experience with SEC financial reporting requirements. You will be working with Vice President of Finance to prepare assorted financial reporting schedules. In addition, you need to work with SEC approved auditors to prepare financial statements for quarterly and annual reports. Position will require travel to China. In addition, you will be involved in many aspects of our core business, such as business development, marketing, client services and others. Applicant should have at least 2-year experience in accounting.
